With a background in competitive sports like rowing and natural bodybuilding, my dedication to healthy living has been a driving force in both my personal and professional life. I've always believed in the power of exercise as medicine.

Professional Background

I hold a Master of Workplace Injury Management and Occupational Rehabilitation, a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement, and a Certificate IV in Fitness. I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist, proudly affiliated with ESSA (Exercise & Sports Science Australia) and an Associate Member of the Australasian Menopause Society (AMS).
