Introductory Consult
15 minutes
(Via Phone)
Book a FREE 15 minute introductory consult call to discuss your health concerns.
This will allow you to ask questions around what to expect when meeting with Clio as your Naturopathic Practitioner.
If you feel ready to dive in simply book an initial consultation.
two.
Initial Consult
60 minutes
(online or in person at the clinic)
Your initial consultation is structured so Clio can thoroughly understand your current health in as much detail as possible. This is a vital part of the process to ensure you get the most from your initial consultation.
At the end of your consultation Clio will formulate a **comprehensive care plan**, including specific dietary and lifestyle recommendations and naturopathic medicine prescription. This may also involve referral to have some functional pathology testing performed.

Follow Up Consult
30-45 minutes
(online or in person at the clinic)
Clio will review & assess your progress, identifying anything that may be hindering your success. She will also evaluate any functional pathology test results.
Clio is focused on addressing the underlying cause of your health concerns & will educate you so you’ll have the necessary tools to improve & maintain your health.
Terms and Cancellation Policy
Booking and Deposits
To secure your appointment, we require a 100% deposit for initial appointments and a 50% deposit for follow-up appointments. Please follow the prompts to complete your booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund or transfer of the deposit.
Health and Safety
Your health and safety are our top priority. If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms or have been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19, please contact our clinic. We can adjust your appointment to an online format or reschedule for a later date.
Respect for Time
Clio's schedule is often booked weeks in advance. We appreciate your understanding and respect for her time. If you provide adequate notice, your appointment slot may be offered to clients on our waitlist.
